These terms apply to purchases made on this website. Please read them along with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Sidiko Industries, a proprietorship firm, 133, GIDC Industrial Area, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382415, India (GSTIN: 24AACPC7630E2ZA). "Sidiko", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sidiko Industries. SIDIKO is a registered trademark used under authority of its proprietor.

2. Products and descriptions

  • We describe our products accurately, including steel grade, gauge, thickness, dimensions and weight. Listed weights and dimensions may vary by up to ±5% due to normal manufacturing tolerances.
  • Product photos are representative. Small differences in shine and colour may appear because of lighting and screens.

3. Prices and taxes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if the delivery address isn't serviceable, or if we suspect fraud. You'll get a full refund for any amount paid.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partners. We don't store your card details.
  • Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹3,000 at serviceable pincodes. We may confirm COD orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.

6. Returns, replacements and refunds

These are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Use of products

Please use and clean the products as described in our Care Guide. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, such as heating empty vessels or using them for purposes other than cooking, serving and storage.

8. Intellectual property

The SIDIKO name and logo, product photos and content on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach the forum where you reside, courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
