Where we deliver
We deliver across India through our courier partners. We don't ship outside India yet.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above (after discounts).
- A flat ₹79 on orders below ₹999.
The shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are dispatched from our factory in Ahmedabad within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote areas, the North-East and J&K can take up to 10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates given by our courier partners. During festivals, weather disruptions or strikes, deliveries may take longer; we'll keep you updated.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll get a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000, with no extra fee. Orders above ₹3,000 need to be prepaid by UPI, card or net banking. We may call or message you to confirm a COD order before dispatch.
Damaged packages
If the outer box looks badly damaged when it arrives, please take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Invoice
A GST invoice is emailed to you and included in the package.
